George Thomas and “Mac”

Private George Thomas was with the 38th Battalion out of Ottawa, Ontario and served as a scout in the First World War. He suffered a gun shot wound to his right ear and side of his head in September 1918. He was discharged in February 1919. A full collection of his war records include Thomas’ attestation papers, along with service records, medical and pay roll records.
